RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Custom Goods are not elligible for returns or exchanges.

If the custom order is cancelled after art commissioning process has started and refunds are required, there is a cancellation fee equal to project's current completion.

Example: 50% of order is complete, 50% of cost is not refundable.
- All products will be shipped with tracking and very carefully packaged (such as with bubble wrap for fragile acrylic items), but should they be lost or damaged in the mail, this is out of our control and will not be refunded or exchanged. So please be sure you provide accurate shipping information.
- We will not cover or refund any shipping fees, import taxes, or tariff charges.

MANUFACTURING & SHIPPING INFO
- Any in stock items are shipped out within 1-5 days of purchase.
- Made-to order items are sent into be manufactured immediately upon artwork completion. This may take anywhere from 1 week to 6 weeks depending on purchase size. More time may be needed for extremely large orders, depending on overall workload. Once completed and keychains are manufactured, products are then shipped out to the customer as soon as the shipment arrives in my hands.
